With 20 years of expertise, Fred has led the development of strategies and campaigns for a wide range of brands, governments, and nonprofit organisations across Europe. He spent the majority of his career in London, where he specialised in communication strategy and behaviour change. Fred holds an IPA Excellence Diploma and has certifications in behavioural science from Stanford University, University College London and Warwick Business School, among others. Fred is dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality work, executed with excellence.
Julia Terlet 🇫🇷
Co-founder & Behaviour Change Director
Julia received her PhD in behavioural science from Cardiff University, where she focused on water consumption behaviours while working for Welsh Water and the Cardiff Water Research Institute. Driven by her commitment to sustainability, she broadened her scope to address a variety of issues, including plastic usage and mobility. In her role, Julia ensures the quality of our scientific recommendations, methodologies, and tools, which all incorporate the most recent advances in behavioural science and sustainability. She actively manages our scientific partnerships and research projects in collaboration with multiple universities.
Mira Toumi 🇩🇿
Behaviour Change Manager
Mira earned her PhD in behavioural and experimental economics from Université Côte d'Azur (UCA), where she was awarded the best thesis prize. Her research focused on decision-making and incentives architecture to help people adopt sustainable behaviours. Passionate about the practical application of behavioural insights, Mira leads some of our priority projects, collaborating with regional and local governments. Mira's role also includes implementing rigorous and innovative evaluation methods with the goal of measuring the impact of behaviour change interventions and optimising their tangible outcomes.
Ramya Rao 🇮🇳
Behaviour Change Manager
Ramya completed her research master's degree in behavioural and cognitive neurosciences at the University of Groningen, where she also worked as a sustainability ambassador. Her expertise is in quantitative research in neuroscience, experimental and environmental psychology. Ramya has led several client projects focusing on sustainable diets, mobility, and employee engagement for sustainability. Ramya also focuses on the development and implementation of implicit tests to uncover behavioural barriers beyond consciousness and to identify the most effective behavioural interventions.
